The Hard Yards

Bringing it all to a close...

So we are now pretty much recorded. To be honest I think we would all endlessly just write and record songs with Steve in the studio indefinitely if we could! Now the task of finishing this beautiful bastard off (the album, not Steve!). The last 10% is not so much fun.

Endless tweaks and levelling - although to be fair the burden is mainly falling on poor Sir Steve… patience of a saint to deal with our constant tweaking and edits… getting there but this feels like the real hard yards.

Also conscious not to fall out of love with these songs before we even release them…! Minds are already turning to album 2. I think it’s written already - the temptation to dive into that and not finish this is very strong!
